Weddings and Bridal Make Up

Based in Christchurch, New Zealand, Lucy is passionate about, and skilled in both makeup and hair styling for bridal parties. Lucy will travel to your location and, using Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics, create exactly the look you desire for your special day. Prior to the wedding, Lucy can undertake a hair and makeup trial for the bride to agree on colours, styles and finishings. Knowing your hair and makeup will be perfect is one less thing to worry about on the day.

It is important to Lucy that on your big day you are comfortable with the amount and style of makeup you are wearing, whether it’s to enhance and highlight your natural beauty or if you have chosen to go for a more dramatic look.

Attention to detail is crucial to ensure the perfect look is created for bride and bridal party and Lucy will ensure that you feel both confident and comfortable with your hair and makeup, and that you will stay looking fresh and stunning for the entire day.

School balls are great fun and what better way to revel in the moment and look your best than with great make up!

Group of 3 people for both hair and makeup = $120 per person
Group of 4 people for both hair and makeup = $110 per person
Group of 5 people for both hair and makeup = $100 per person

Individual false lashes available for an additional $10 per person
Half set of individual false eyelashes = $10

$20 call out fee applies within Christchurch.

Group Makeup Lesson

The perfect way to celebrate a birthday, hens party or just fun for the sake of it! Get your girls around to learn the tricks and tips to emphasise your best features while learning correct application techniques and be matched to that all elusive ‘perfect foundation colour’ all in the comfort of your own home surrounded by your girl friends! Suitable for groups of two to eight ladies at a time.

Christchurch makeup artist and hair stylist Lucy Harvey has worked in the industry for over 9 years. Lucy has diverse skills and experience working in wedding, formal occasion, photographic, film and television and special effects makeup.

Lucy qualified from the Design and Arts College with a Certificate in Makeup Design and Application in 2000, and has relished the opportunity ever since to put her creative skills, sense of style and personality into her work.
